Where can I buy tickets?
These unfortunate souls seem to lurk around every major festival. Please be wary; particularly of tickets offered at lower prices on Ebay, Gumtree and social media. The only way to be sure your ticket is legit is to purchase it online through Ticketbooth, in-store at one of our authorised outlets (listed above), or from one of our industry sellers.
Hard Copy Ticket vs. E-Ticket
Our tickets will be generated through Ticketbooth’s E-Ticketing system. This means you can download your ticket to any mobile device, ready to be scanned at the Front Gate. You can print out a copy if you’d like but please be careful with it as each barcode can only be scanned once. If you have an e-ticket, the name on your ticket must match your photo id to gain entry.
If you have any purchasing issues or want to change the ticketholder name or request a re-issue, please contact Ticketbooth Support directly. Ticket name changes will close one week prior to the festival at 9am on Friday 8th September.
